This default tab is visible for the persons who are not in your fans list only. Search engines also see the page created in same way as the non member of the fan page views it. Here for getting more traffic through search engine the title of the fan page must be attractive and keyword rich. Fan page name is not possible to change if once created so we have to name the page as per our wish at the time of creation only.
